The occupants are requested to abide by certain rules and regulations of the complex. These rules are made for amplifying the experience of the occupants. Once in every year, mock fire drills are conducted. Some of these rules are listed below:
Parking
Parking of vehicles is allowed only post taking the parking stickers from MCOA office. On changing vehicles, parking stickers need to be taken afresh
No Smoking
No occupants are allowed to sell or smoke cigarettes within Manipal Centre premises.
Maintenance
The maintenance cheques from all the occupants need to be submitted on or before 14th of each month.
Renovation
Prior permission needs to be taken from MCOA for office renovation
Timings
The building is operational from 8a.m. to 10p.m.
Logistics
Loading and unloading of material has to be done before or after office hours.
No Gas Cylinder
For Safety Cooking Gas Cylinder are not allowed in Manipal Center.
